Enterprise Command Center

Run your entire operation from your phone.

I interconnect every system in your organization, online or offline, no matter how dated or gated, into one compliant command center. It's built, connected and run for you: no setup, no settings, nothing to write, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

It finds the money leaks, too. The leaks it finds can save more than the entire command center costs.

Built for owners, executives and leaders who want eyes on everything, in companies, school districts and universities.

Command Center on a phone: platforms live, time view, and money in versus out
CPA firm command center: utilization, realization, unbilled work, receivables and the extension deadline
E-commerce command center: revenue, contribution margin, CAC, ad spend ratio, repeat rate and inventory
School district command center: enrollment, attendance, absenteeism, grant funds and a state report deadline, with student records masked
Logistics command center: on-time delivery, revenue per load, empty miles, detention and collections
Holding company command center: combined revenue, EBITDA margin, cash across companies and a payroll alert
Money leaks

The leaks it finds can pay for the whole thing.

Every organization leaks money where nobody's watching: work that never got billed, vendors charging above contract, rebates never claimed, duplicate payments, software nobody uses. Your command center watches every one of them, puts a dollar figure on each, and tells you who should fix it.

The leaks it finds can save more than the entire command center costs. The build pays for itself, then keeps finding more.

  • HealthcareClaims paid above contract, stop-loss reimbursements never filed
  • Professional firmsWork done but never billed, write-downs nobody approved
  • LogisticsDetention never charged, carrier overcharges
  • EducationGrant funds expiring unspent, licenses nobody uses
  • E-commerceRefunds over policy, ad spend on out-of-stock products
  • Distribution and manufacturingVendor price creep, rebates never claimed

Your leaks are worth finding.
Interconnection

Online or offline, however dated or gated, I'll connect it.

Most organizations run on 20 systems, a fax machine and last month's report. Every department has its own system. Some talk to each other, most don't, and some of the most important data still arrives on paper. By the time someone stitches it into a report, the decision's already late.

I interconnect your entire organization. Modern platforms, decades-old mainframes, portals with no API, file drops, spreadsheets, even scanned faxes: I work out how each one connects, then sync all of it into one central command system, compliant and built to hold up.

Anyone can build a dashboard with AI in an afternoon. The hard part is getting every system, file and fax in an organization to agree, and knowing what to do when a number crosses the line. That's the part I solve.

Data sync screen: APIs, gated portals, a 1990s mainframe, EDI files, fax intake and paper forms synced into one command system
Have a system nobody else could connect?
Out of the box

What every command center comes with.

Every operation needs these, so they're ready on day one. No design work, no waiting. Tap the orange dots on any screen for a closer look.

Daily brief written automatically each morning

Daily brief

A plain-English summary written before you wake up: what changed, what's at risk, and what to do about it.

Financial overview with operating cash and receivables

Financial overview

Cash on hand, money in and out, what you're owed and what's overdue, pulled from your bank and your books.

Alerts screen: one alert needs you now and two are being watched, each with why it fired, the next step, an owner and a copy-the-fix button

Alerts that say why

When a number crosses its limit, the card turns amber or red and tells you why and what to do next.

Log of every action with time and name

The log

Every action, approval and problem, with who did it and when.

Also standard: a private sign-in, a phone-first layout, and one tap to switch every number from today to the full year.

Every number, every morning.
Security and compliance

It plugs into your IT, your security and your login.

I build for HIPAA- and FERPA-governed organizations, from health benefits administrators to school districts and universities. Nothing about your security posture gets loosened to make a dashboard work.

  • Single sign-on. Your team logs in through your identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace, so your MFA and offboarding rules apply automatically.
  • Least-privilege access. Each person sees only their slice. Sensitive records stay masked, and anything above a limit waits for approval.
  • Read-only by default. Connections are read-only wherever a system allows it. Credentials sit in encrypted secret storage, never in email or documents.
  • Encrypted and logged. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every sync, approval and change is on the record.
  • Your cloud or mine. It runs in my hosting by default, or inside your own Azure, AWS or Google Cloud environment when IT requires it.
  • Paperwork handled. NDAs as standard, a business associate agreement for HIPAA work, data privacy agreements for FERPA, and your security questionnaire answered before the build.
Compliance and audit panel: disclosures, MFA, vendor agreements and filings tracked
Access and approval limits by role, set by the owner

Each role sees only what it should.

You set what every role can see and approve. Anything above a limit waits for you.

Revenue card labeled Stripe truth and product lines tagged by source

Every number traced to its source.

Money comes straight from your bank and payment systems, and every card shows where its number came from.

Feed-down banner with a dashed card instead of a stale number

A broken feed shows a dash, not a guess.

If a system stops answering, the card tells you, and why. You'll never act on a stale number.

Bring your security questionnaire.

How it works

From one call to one screen.

  1. Discovery call

    Free

We talk through your operation, your systems and the decisions you make every week. If it's a fit, I scope it and fix the most urgent problem first.

  2. Blueprint

    About 7 days

I map every system your organization runs on, pick the numbers that matter, set the limits, and show you a clickable mock of your own command center.

  3. Build

    Scoped in the Blueprint

I interconnect your systems, from APIs to gated portals to scanned paper, and put a health check on every feed.

  4. Run

    Ongoing

When a vendor changes something, I fix the connection, and I keep building whatever you need next. Every problem is logged when it opens and when it clears.

Questions

What owners, executives and IT ask first.

What does it cost?

The discovery call is free. Builds usually start at $125,000, quoted after the Blueprint once I've mapped your systems. Support continues after launch.

Do I have to set anything up?

No. I connect your systems, set your numbers, limits and messages, and hand you a finished, running system. Your part is approving what goes out.

Will it pay for itself?

It's built to. Your command center hunts for money leaks: work that never got billed, payments above contract, duplicate charges, rebates never claimed, spend nobody's using. The leaks it finds can save more than the entire build costs.

Can you really connect anything?

Yes. Online or offline, however dated or gated. Modern platforms connect directly, portals with no API and decades-old systems sync on a schedule, and paper and fax get scanned and synced. If your organization runs on it, I find a way to get it onto the screen.

How do people log in?

Through your existing identity provider, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace. Your MFA, password and offboarding rules apply automatically.

Where does it run?

In my hosting by default, or inside your own Azure, AWS or Google Cloud environment when your IT team requires it.

Who holds our credentials?

Connections are read-only wherever a system allows it. Credentials sit in encrypted secret storage, never in email or documents, and you can revoke them at any time.

Will you sign our agreements?

Yes. NDAs as standard, a business associate agreement for HIPAA work, and data privacy agreements for FERPA and state student privacy laws. Your security questionnaire gets answered before the build starts.

Is every command center the same?

The core is. Every build comes with the daily brief, the financial overview, alerts that say why and the log. Everything else is built around your operation.

How long does it take?

The Blueprint takes about 7 days. The build timeline depends on how many systems you run, and it's set in the Blueprint.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your command center reads from your own systems.

Does it work on a computer too?

Yes. It's designed for a phone first and works the same on any screen.
