Every salon you own, run for you.
New clients are harder to win, and when a stylist leaves, their clients tend to follow.
Bookings, rebooking, stylists, commissions, color, retail, reviews and money for every location, all integrated and all done for you. No setup, no settings, no writing texts or messages. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Built to pay for itself. A few recovered bookings a month can cover the monthly.
Free consultation. $2,500 scoping, credited to your build. Builds from $10,000, then from $1,500 a month for AI, hosting, updates, security and 1,000 SMS credits.

Where salon groups quietly lose money.
Clients leaving without a next appointment. Color used that never made it onto the ticket. First-time clients who never come back. No-shows with no deposit. Commissions paid on the wrong number. And empty gaps in the book while stylists wait.
Your command center puts a dollar figure on each one, every week, and tells you who should fix it.

It remembers what your clients tell you.
Formulas, stylist, rhythm, sensitivities and the events they're getting ready for, all on one card. Every stylist sees it before the appointment, and every message uses it, so clients stay with your salon even when a stylist moves on.

Personal follow-ups that fill your book.
It writes text, WhatsApp and Instagram messages one client at a time, using what each client told you: their stylist, their formula, their rhythm, the event they're getting ready for. Every message says why that client got it.
Nothing goes out until you approve it. Every campaign is tracked to bookings and revenue, so you know which follow-ups actually pay.

Know which services, salons and offers actually pay.
Revenue isn't profit. Your screen shows profit per service and per chair-hour after product, commissions and card fees, salon by salon, and which offers bring clients back at full price.

Profit per chair-hour
See which services earn the most for every hour a chair is booked, and which salons rebook best.

Offers that pay
Keep the offers that bring clients back at full price, and drop the ones that only buy a single visit.
Software gives you tools. This gives you a finished system.
There's no shortage of salon software. Each one does a piece, then hands you the settings, the templates and the writing. This is the whole thing, built around your salons and run for you.
| Typical clinic software | Your command center |
|---|---|
| You set it up yourself | Built and connected for you |
| Settings, templates and workflows to configure | No settings. Your numbers, limits and messages are set up for you |
| You write the emails and texts | Every message written for each client |
| One tool per job: booking, marketing, reviews, reporting | All in one, all integrated, on one screen |
| Built for every salon | Built around yours, with anything bespoke you need |
| You check it when you find time | A brief every morning, and nothing goes live until you approve it |
One system runs it all:
- Bookings and reminders
- Rebooking at checkout
- Client memory
- Marketing and follow-ups
- Reviews
- Color and retail
- Stylists and commissions
- Every location, one screen
Everything every command center comes with.

What salon owners ask first.
Do I need to change my booking system?
No. It connects to the booking, payment, payroll and retail systems you already use.
Do I have to set anything up?
No. I connect your systems, set your numbers, limits and messages, and hand you a finished system. Your part is approving what goes out.
How is this different from salon software I can buy?
Most salon software does one piece and hands you the settings. This runs everything in one place, is built around your salons, and is done for you.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Follow-ups go out by text, WhatsApp or Instagram, whichever each patient prefers.
Who writes the messages?
Nobody on your team. Each message is written for a single client, using what they told you, and you approve or edit it before anything goes out.
What happens when a stylist leaves?
Their clients stay with your salon. Every client's formula, history and preferences live on your screen, and the next stylist sees it all before the first appointment.
What does the monthly fee cover?
It starts at $1,500 a month and covers AI usage, hosting, updates, security, and 1,000 SMS credits a month. One credit sends one SMS segment. Larger groups are quoted in scoping.
What does the scoping agreement include?
A signed privacy agreement, a map of every system you run, an estimate of your money leaks, a draft of your own screen, and a fixed price for the build. The $2,500 is credited in full to your build.
Is the scoping fee refundable?
No. It is credited in full to your build when the build agreement is signed within 30 days of scoping.
What is an SMS segment?
A single text holds up to 160 characters in English, or 70 in Japanese or Chinese. Longer messages are split into more than one segment.
How is client data protected?
Staff see only what their role needs, client details stay masked on shared screens, connections are read-only wherever possible, and every action is logged.
Can I start with one salon?
Yes. Add salons whenever you like, and each one shows up on the same screen.
How long until it's live?
Most salon groups are live within weeks of the discovery call.
Does it work in Japanese and Chinese?
Yes. Your screen and your client messages work in English, Japanese and Chinese.
